Training FAQ

What does a brand ambassador do?

A brand ambassador represents a brand in person for a shift: starting short, friendly conversations, explaining the product simply, handing out samples or materials, and pointing people to one next step. It happens at events, in stores, on the street and on campuses.

How do I prepare for my first event?

Re-read the brief the night before, plan to arrive 15 minutes early, check in when you get there, learn the two or three key talking points, stay in your area, and send an honest recap the same day.

How do I join Air Fresh Marketing as event staff?

Apply in the Air Fresh Marketing talent portal at staff.airfreshmarketing.com/apply. Once you are in the network, you see and accept shifts there, check in when you arrive and submit recaps after your shifts.

Do I need experience?

Experience helps, but reliability, a positive attitude and following the brief matter most. These guides cover the basics so you can show up ready.

Is this training free?

Yes. The guides on this site are free to read, and you do not need an account.

I run a brand. Can Air Fresh Marketing staff my event?

Yes. Visit airfreshmarketing.com to request event staff, brand ambassadors or a street team.
