Event day checklist
Most problems on event day are avoidable with the same short routine. Use this checklist for every shift.
1. The night before
Re-read the brief: location, call time, dress code, talking points and who your on-site contact is. Charge your phone. Plan your route with extra time.
2. Arrive early
Aim to be there 15 minutes before call time. Find your contact, confirm your area and your materials.
3. Check in
Check in the way the brief asks. In the Air Fresh talent portal you check in when you arrive at the shift.
4. Set up
Organize materials, test anything with a screen or a QR code, and take a quick photo of your setup if the brief asks for photos.
5. Work the shift
Approach people, keep each conversation short, give the one key message, hand off the sample or material, and point to the next step. Stay in your area.
6. Breaks and issues
Take breaks when your contact says. If something goes wrong (no product, a venue problem, an unhappy guest), tell your contact right away.
7. Wrap up
Pack up, return unused materials as the brief says, and check out before you leave.
8. Send your recap
Submit your recap the same day while it is fresh. In the Air Fresh talent portal you submit it after your shift.
